Greeting from Dr Mario’s Clinic!

In order to facilitate smooth and safe consultation for your kids during this pandemic we have started this service of online consultation.

To book an appointment for online consultation please follow the following steps:
1. Call the appointment number 9880785035 for an appointment.
2. Pay ₹500 by G-pay to 9740666873
3. Send the payment details to appointment number by WhatsApp to confirm the appointment, and please send the latest prescription by WhatsApp to 9740666873.
4. On receiving the payment you will be informed about the time to call the doctor for video/ audio consultation.

Responsibilities of parents/caregiver:
1. Please record the child’s problems and duration of ailments and if possible temperature, age and weight just before the consultation.
2. Disclose if the child is allergic to any medications or is on any medications.
3. Disclose if the child is exposed to a COVID positive caregiver or if the child is COVID positive.
4. If the infant/ child looks sick you will be guided to bring the child immediately to the nearest healthcare facility.
5. If the child symptoms persist beyond 48 hrs and the child is continuously vomiting, lethargic, not feeding, or having convulsions( fits) please rush the child to Father Muller Hospital casualty/the nearest emergency facility and show the prescription.

Disclaimer:
1. Online consultation will be restricted to 10 minutes per consultation after which the call will be disconnected to facilitate smooth service for others waiting in the queue. The fee paid is for 1 child and for 1 consultation only.
2. As this is an online consultation, physical examination will not be possible.
3. The call may be recorded for safety and legal purposes.
4. Vaccination will be given only at SCS hospital after following all aseptic precautions.
